چکیده مقاله: |
In order to enhance plant establishment in the field, the simultaneous application of pesticides and biological agents on seed coating of sugar beet was investigated. Two insecticides Gaucho and Cruiser, two fungicides Vitavax and Lamardor and three biological compounds Probio 96, Biofarm and Trichran were coated on Sharif variety sugar beet seeds in the form of 19 treatments. Then, the treatments were grown in soil with pathogens Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium aphanidermatum, as well as healthy and uncontaminated soil under greenhouse conditions. Seed germinated percentage and fresh and dry weight of the plant were measured. The results showed that treatment 14 (combination of Biofarm, Vitavax and Cruiser) and 15 (Probo96, vitavax and Cruiser) were superior in conditions infected with Pythium and treatment 16 (Biofarm, Lamardor and Cruiser) were superior in conditions infected with Rhizoctonia. In uncontaminated soil conditions, treatment 16 had more dry weight. Anyhow, it seems that the simultaneous combination of Cruizer insecticide, Vitavax and Lamardor fungicides and Biofarm and Probio96 biological agants on sugar beet seeds increases the germinated percentage and plant growth. |
