چکیده مقاله:
In this study, inhibitory effects of Trichderma harzianum was evaluated by competitive saprophytic ability, inhibition effects of volatile metabolites and culture filtrates on F. oxysporum. Two commercial isolates derivative of T. harzianum from Trianum-P and Trichomix and 10 native isolates of T. harzianum investigated for their inhibitory effects. The results of dual-culture showed that isolates T7, T5 and T20 had the inhibitoriest effects by 64.7%, 58.1% and 55.9% respectively and T11, Trianum-P and Trichomix were the weakest treatment against pathogen by 38.4%, 36.9% and 35.4% respectively. In volatile compounds tests, T7, T20 and T8 had the most antimicrobial efficiency by 69.2%, 62.8% and 57.6%, respectively, while Trianum-P, Trichomix and T17 had the least effects by 44.2%, 41.2% and 36.5% respectively. In non-volatile compounds tests, T7, T5 and T20 had the most antimicrobial efficiency by 41.5%, 40.8% and 38.6%, respectively, while T11, Trianum-P and Trichomix had the least effects by 23.1%, 21.4% and 19.2% respectively. According to the results of this essay, some of native T. harzianum isolates have a high biocontrol efficiency against F. oxysporum and have a potential to be as the effective commercial isolates and the biological compounds.
