چکیده مقاله:
Aphidius matricariae (Haliday) is a successful biological control agent against Myzus persicae Sulzer (Hemiptera: Aphididae). It is commercially produced by various global Companies. Recently, using biological control agents and safe insecticides together to control of target pests successfully are common. In this study, the effect of LC10, LC25 and LC50 concentrations of Bio2 (extracted from Sophora flavescens Ait, MR INNOVATION Co., Ltd) on the pupal stage of A. matricariae by the spray method was investigated at 25±1℃, 60±5% RH and photoperiod of 14 L: 10 D h. The results showed that there was significant difference between male and female parasitoid egg-larva development period, developmental time of male pupae, developmental time, oviposition period and female adult longevity in LC10, LC25 and LC50 concentrations of Bio2 and control. However, no significant difference was observed between the concentrations of LC10, LC25 and LC50 of Bio2 and control for the pupal development period of the female parasitoid, post oviposition period and the adult life span of the male parasitoid. The adult emergence% from mummy aphids treated with control and LC10, LC25 and LC50 concentrations of Bio2 was observed as 91%, 84%, 79% and 75%, respectively. The mean total fecundity of A. matricariae in control, LC10, LC25 and LC50 concentrations were 240.23, 213.48, 203.05 and 177.55 eggs per female and daily fecundity values 29.31, 24.57, 27.14 and 22.93 eggs per female per day, respectively. According to obtained results, Bio2 can be used to effective control of M. persicae in combination with A. matricariae.
