چکیده مقاله:
Common root rot caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana is one of the most common fungal diseases of whea. the use of biocontrol agents can be useful in reducing this disease. In this study, B. velezensis had a high inhibition rate against B. sorokiniana. The rate of inhibition of this strain by cross-culture method and antifungal volatile compounds were 83% and 53%, respectively. The ability to produce proteases, amylase and lipase enzymes was also positive in B. velezensis. In pot control experiments, the incidence and index of root rot disease in wheat decreased after treatment with B. velezensis and the effectiveness of biological control was up to 84%. Further studies have shown that B. velezensis can produce antifungal bioactive substances and has the potential to improve plant growth. Also, the effect of the bacterial strain under the conditions of applying two levels of drought stress (with 20% and 30% osmotic potential) and two levels of salinity stress (6 dS/m and 8 dS/m) on three cultivars of Kavir, Shahriar and Alamut was also reviewed. The results showed that the effect of bacterial strain on the growth of wheat in Shahryar and Alamut cultivars under level two salinity stress is evident. At the level of two drought stresses and two cultivars of Shahryar and Alamut, the treatment of the single bacterial strain and the treatment of the simultaneous presence of the biocontrol agent and the pathogen agent had significant differences compared to their controls and in the morphological indicators.
