چکیده مقاله:
Oryzaephilus surinamensis (Coleoptera: Silvanidae) is one of the common storage pests on grain products. Entomopathogenic fungi, including Beauvaria bassiana, are of great importance in pest control in the form of formulations. Four treatments including: ZnO+ fungi+alginate+wey protein (ZnO-F-A-W); fungi+alginate+wey protein (F-A-W); ZnO+ alginate+wey protein (ZnO-A-W); fungi without formulation (F) were used in this experiment. Three concentrations of 7.73×108, 5.31×108 and 3.93×108 of each treatment was sprayed on the adult insects and the entire surface of the 7 Cm diameter container. 20 adult weevil placed in each Petri dish. Insects were reared in the insectarium with a temperature of 25 ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of 65 ± 2%. Mortality was recorded after 24, 48 and 72 hours, the. The results showed that there are significant differences between the treatments. The interaction effect of three factors, time, concentration and treatment was significant. The LC50 value for the formulations of F-ZnO-A-W; F-A-W; ZnO-A-W and F were 4.01×108, 5.10×108, 4.84×108, and 5.03×108 CFU/cm2, respectively. The treatment containing the formulation containing ZnO nanoparticles and fungi with LC50 4.01×108 CFU/cm2 in 72 hours showed the highest toxicity. In general, the formulation of Beauvaria bassiana fungi with ZnO nanoparticles can be consider as a potential pesticide against O. surinamensis.
